Rebuilds and migrations
If your site is on a page builder, an old theme, or a platform you pay monthly for, I rebuild it as a static site. Static means every page is prepared in advance, so when a visitor arrives there is nothing left to compute. That is why these sites are fast.
Your content moves over, your address stays the same, and the old site stays up until the new one is ready. Visitors never see a gap.

Automatic publishing
Your site lives in a repository, which is a folder with a full memory. Every saved version of every file is kept. When a change is saved, the site rebuilds and goes live by itself, within minutes.
There is no server to log into, no files to upload, and no way to lose saved work. If a change looks wrong, the previous version is one step away. This is how software teams have worked for years. Your bakery's website can work the same way.

A site you can edit yourself
This is the part I care most about. Your pages are stored as plain text files in a simple format called Markdown. If you can write an email, you can read and edit these files.
AI coding assistants have changed what a non-technical owner can do. With the guide I write for your specific site, you can ask an assistant to update your opening hours, add a news post, or create a new page, and see the change live minutes later. No developer, no invoice, no waiting.
And because every saved version is kept, a mistake is never permanent. The worst realistic outcome is undoing a change, which the guide also covers.

How a project runs
- You send me your current site and what is wrong with it.
- I look through it and reply with what I would change, what I would keep, and a fixed quote.
- If the quote works for you, I build the new site at a preview address while your current site stays untouched.
- You review the preview and I make the adjustments, as many rounds as it takes to get it right.
- The site goes live on your domain, and you get the guide and full ownership of every account.
There is no retainer and no ongoing fee to me. If you want changes later that you would rather not make yourself, you can hire me by the task.
What it costs to run
The sites I build run on free hosting tiers that are built for exactly this kind of site. After the build, your recurring cost is your domain name registration, which you already pay today. There is no platform subscription and no hosting bill. The work page shows this site's own running costs as proof.
