Rebuilds and migrations
I take a slow or dated site, on a page builder or anything else, and rebuild it as a fast static site. Same content, same address, a fraction of the load time.
I rebuild slow, dated business sites as modern static sites. They load quickly, they run on free hosting, and when I hand one over you can edit it yourself. No monthly platform fee, no waiting on a developer for every small change.
A small business pays for a website. A few years later it loads slowly on phones, the platform bill has crept up, and the person who built it has moved on. Changing a sentence on the homepage means finding someone, paying them, and waiting.
None of that is necessary. A business site is mostly text, images, and a contact form. Built the right way, it can be fast, close to free to run, and simple enough that you make small changes yourself.

Your site lives in a version-controlled repository and goes live on its own when a change is saved. Every version is kept, so nothing is ever lost and any change can be undone.
Your pages are stored as plain text files. With the written guide I include and an AI coding assistant, you can fix a typo, update prices, or add a page without hiring anyone.
Most freelancers hand over a site only they can maintain. That is good business for them and bad business for you. I do the opposite: the handover includes a plain-English guide to your own site, written for someone who has never touched code.
You get the keys. If you never want to touch the site, I am happy to make changes for you. But you will never be stuck.
